We are an authentic Italian speciality restaurant serving homemade pasta
such as ravioli with various fillings and sauces, gnocchi, pappardelle,
tagliatelle and dried pasta with seafood as well as fresh fish
prepared in different ways.
Meat entrées like fillet of beef with fresh mushrooms (yellow boletus) in a
fine truffle cream sauce, T-bone steak, ossobuco and veal cutlets are
regular features of our menu as are seasonal specialities such as
various kinds of wild game and white and black truffles.
Accompany your meal with a selection from our excellent assort-
ment of exquisite Italian and Spanish wines, or special wines
not in the list of beverages, selected by Massimo himself,
e.g. Luce, Ornellaia, Sassicaia, Tagnanello etc.
